SIMPLY FILL OUT THE FORM ON THIS PAGE AND WE’LL ARRANGE A DATE AND TIME TO VISIT YOUR HOME AND PROVIDE THE INFORMATION.

We have always believed that the best way to promote the conservation of Montreal’s old architecture is through education. This initiative by the CSC Historia brokerage team will give homeowners a chance to have a completely free informational visit of their old home to learn what they’ve never known about their house. Participants can expect the following :

• Name of architect and / or name of first owner of property
• History of home
• Explanation of the architectural style of home
• Explanation of materials used
• Identification of original and significant features of the home

Due to this being an architecture conservation initiative, this free service is offered only for those with a home built before 1945 in the Montreal area.
