JOIN US FOR A FREE INFO SESSION ON OLD HOMES IN MONTREAL. THIS ONE-HOUR INTRODUCTION IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO OWN AN OLD HOME, THOSE THINKING OF BUYING ONE, OR THOSE SIMPLY INTERESTED.

This 1.5 hour interactive info session is hosted by the CSC Historia brokerage team, and will be hosted at the Montreal West Town Hall (1st floor). You can expect to learn a bit about historical architectural styles in Montreal neighbourhoods, differences between modern homes and pre-WWII homes, information on maintaining & restoring old homes, government subsidies available for restoration, as well why we believe old homes are the wave of the future. This session is offered in English, but the questions in both English and French are welcomed. Those wishing to attend should register through this form.
