Elle détient un baccalauréat en droit civilde la Faculté de droit de l’Université McGill et un diplôme de droit notarialde l’Université de Montréal. Elle a travaillé pendant de nombreuses années comme notaire, avant de devenir courtier. Elle a reçu le titre de notaire honoraire de la Chambre des notaires du Québec pour son intégrité, sa compétence et son professionnalisme au cours de sa carrière.
Une experte reconnue dans l’industrie, Deborah entraîne des courtiers débutants et établis. Elle enseigne l’immobilier au Collège John Abbott et est directrice du développement professionnel et formatriceauprès de plus de 145 courtiers du Groupe Sutton Centre-Ouest Inc. à Notre-Dame-de-Grâce et Westmount.
S’efforçant de rester à la fine pointe de l’industrie, Deborah est certifiée par l’Association canadienne de l’immeuble (ACI)en tant que spécialiste internationale de la propriété (CIPS), conseillère en stratégie de prix (PSA)et spécialiste en immobilier pour personnes âgées (SRES).
Deborah a grandi dans le centre-ouest de Montréal et est mère de deux garçons adultes. She is passionate about home design, especially that of older homes. Helping people has always been a driving force for Deborah; she has been greatly involved in community services through volunteering for various non-profit organizations such as the former Junior League of Montreal in Westmount, west-end libraries, Loyola High School and initiating social action to preserve the unique character of Montreal West.
Jonathan Saveriano, Residential & Commercial Real Estate Broker
Jonathan has been in real estate brokerage since 2008. Since then, he has been raising the bar of professionalism in the industry.
His numerous years of experience are complemented by a strong educational background, being a finance & marketing graduate of McGill University. He draws from this experience to produce effective marketing strategies for listings and to educate investors and homeowners alike as to the financial implications of a purchase or sale.
He has a profound admiration for old architecture and is a vocal proponent of architectural preservation in Montreal. His philosophy, in this regard, has always been, « fostering appreciation through education« ; help people understand what they are buying and they will respect the property.
Jonathan shares his exceptional knowledge of all things real estate with aspiring real estate brokers as an instructor for both residential and commercial real estate programs at John Abbott College.
He was raised and currently lives in centre-west region of Montréal. He loves history, culture, music and of course, architecture.
